WATCH: Mike Scott plays in AEBL Pro Am and drops 58 points

Philadelphia 76ers forward Mike Scott spent the first five years of his NBA career with the Atlanta Hawks, and Saturday night he returned to Atlanta to get in some run.

Scott played in the Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League Pro Am, and he showed off his jumper and more in a dazzling performance. Scott scored 58 points, getting buckets in any way possible.

With the summer in full swing, this is the time where players can work on their games. Whether it’s shooting in a gym or playing in pro ams, players can hone their skills and improve.

With Scott playing in the AEBL, he can get in a sweat and remain in shape. But he can also use the pro am as a way to try any new moves he’s worked on over the summer.

Scott will return to Philly next season, as he officially signed a two-year deal worth $9.8 million on Thursday, per Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Last regular season Scott played in 27 games for the Sixers, averaging 7.8 points per game and shooting 41.2% from the three-point line. He was part of the deal that brought Tobias Harris and Boban Marjanovic to the team at the trade deadline.

Along with his play in the regular season, Scott also proved valuable in the playoffs. He averaged 19.3 minutes per game, averaging 5.6 points and shooting 35.3% from three.
